Post Op-What can i do about my uneven nostrils after alar base reduction?

In your case you would need a surgery to change your defirmities.I would perform the surgery with closed and atraumatic techniques due to minimize edema, maximize healing and prevent tissue damage.

Without all sets of pre-op and post-op photos as well as benefit of physical exam- it's difficult to comment accurately. Based on a limited photos- it appears that revision surgery may be indicated with possible cartilage grafting. Be sure to discuss your options with your Surgeon

Based on this photo it seems that this deformity may be corrected with addition of small cartilage graft to the nostril rim. However, without in person evaluation it is impossible to give you more accurate plan of treatment. Discuss your options with a surgeon. Good luck.

The correction will need to be surgical more than likely. Not only do the alar insertions appear asymmetric but the columella is also off center. These things might improve a s teh swelling resolves but I doubt it. Give it time to completely heal and then go back to your primary surgeon and see what they recommend. I suspect they will want to repair the problem.
