Post Op-What can i do about my uneven nostrils after alar base reduction?

The correction will need to be surgical more than likely. Not only do the alar insertions appear asymmetric but the columella is also off center. These things might improve a s teh swelling resolves but I doubt it. Give it time to completely heal and then go back to your primary surgeon and see what they recommend. I suspect they will want to repair the problem.
