After alarplasty, the base of my nose still looks like it has been cut. What treatment can I have? (Photo)

It was 6 mos ago and it left scars, like pitted scars on the base of my nose. Now it is very obvious that i had undergone surgery because the alars of my nose didnt settle perfectly to the other base, it looks like it has been sliced. Also, i got this tiny lines around my nose when i smile or laugh. What can i do to reduce this appearance? Im thinking of having silicone injection or some kind of lasers and derma rolling. Hoping for an answer, thank you!
