If the scar is the only thing bothering you, it can be fixed, but it will require advancing the skin, so it's more than just a scar revision. You can also be more sculpted with liposuction as well to enhance your result.

As plastic surgeons, we always strive to ensure the most favorable scar placement occasionally some unevenness can manifest itself after surgery surgery. Generally, you do not need to perform another tummy tub. I would recommend recommend a combination of liposuction with scar vision. The liposuction will improve what appears to be some difference in the fat about your incision versus the incision and it also will give the skin mobility to be able to close the incision with less tension which will hopefully lead to better scarring.

If the waviness of the scar itself is the most bothersome to you, a simple scar revision may be the only thing needed. I recommend seeing your surgeon or another board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss all of your concerns to ensure that you are getting the final result you desire. Good luck!

There are some asymmetries in your tummy tuck scar. You appear to have scoliosis as well. Since we don't have pre-operative photos to compare to, we will have to assume that you have a nice result. At any rate, a scar revision might be all that you need. Good luck!
