Can you climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with saline breast implants?

I had breast augmentation in May 2017 and am planning to hike Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, February 2018. Knowing the altitude is 19,000 feet and not pressured, is this safe? 450 silicone mentor. Thank you!
