My right breast augmentation crease is lower than my left by 1cm and I'm unhappy. My doctor says it is within normal? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and for attaching photos. It would be helpful to see a pre-op photo as well. This being said this can be corrected. I would wait 3 months at a minimum before doing any revision work. You should follow-up with your surgeon and discuss your concerns. 

Hello,Overall it looks like the right breast (this is a mirror image, it appears, and you did state it is your right breast that bothers you) is slightly descending below your natural fold. This may be from slight asymmetry of the pockets. When I have encountered this on rare occasion in my own patients, I've had to revise it by tightening the inframammary fold. There is a balance between waiting long enough for your healing to be complete and not waiting too long so that your surgeon or another one, if (s)he is comfortable with this, can consider revising the fold without requiring replacement of the implant with a new one. This would keep costs down if a revision is required. There is a small risk of contamination of the existing implant with reoperation if you don't have it replaced, but most plastic surgeons will not replace the implant if it has been in 6-12 months or less, assuming a revision is not being done for infection or wound healing problems. In general, it's best to discuss this concern with your surgeon. If you are super unhappy after discussing options, you can always get a second opinion in person. It is true that asymmetry exists in most patients to some degree naturally and after surgery, but if the fold has lost integrity on one side leading to a longer lower half of the breast, it is often very correctable.

It appears you have some early bottoming out on your right breast (if this photo is taken in a mirror).  Your scar is creeping onto your breast, and your nipple is pointing a bit up because the implant is riding a bit low. This can happen and there are multiple potential causes. A revision is likely needed to correct this issue. Make sure you are seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon with experience in revision surgery.
