It is impossible to say what size you will be after your mastectomies and direct to implant reconstruction.  When undergoing this combination, it is more about the correct implant dimensions for the space that needs to be occupied, not necessarily the overall size.  However, that being said, you almost always need a high profile or ultra high profile projection implant in these cases in order to obtain enough forward projection to not look flat. I would discuss this with your plastic surgeon beforehand and really see what will do the best job for you. I hope this helps.

Thank you for the question.  Assuming a well executed procedure, carefully considering your chest wall dimensions, the use of larger breast implants will not necessarily increase your risk of contracture and/or nipple necrosis. Ultimately, careful selection of plastic surgeon, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, in bra sizers, and computer imaging) as well as careful measurements (dimensional planning) and skillful execution of the procedure will be critical.
There is no accurate/reliable/predictable correlation between size/profile breast implant utilized and cup size achieved. For example, I do not think that the generalizations of "200 cc equates to 1 cup" hold any validity or are helpful in any specific or practical way.  In my practice, I ask patients not to communicate their goals, or evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed, based on cup size references.

There's no system, method, or program to predict your size. Only an estimate. Bigger implants have more complications, but to reduce the risks of CC consider under muscle, fold incision, textured, triple antibiotic irrigation, nipple covers, Keller funnel, and no touch technique. Best wishes, Dr. Aldo
