Thank you for your question and photos. Your incisions appear perfectly normal for 2 weeks post-op. There will be a "healing ridge" or scar along the incision line. This may take several months to flatten back out, but it will. Scar massage is very helpful to soften it more quickly. While vitamin E does not hurt, there is no evidence that it is beneficial. Silicone products are much more helpful. Best of luck.
At two weeks time, one would expect there to be some swelling along the incision. There may also be sutures under the skin which ultimately dissolve. Your surgeon will be able to tell you if this is the case. It is in general good technique to have an incision be slightly raised initially because as scar forms it tends to flatten. However, if there is any concern, visit to your surgeon for a check is always a good idea.
From the photo you have provided your incision appears normal. Eventually the incision should flatten out and become less tender. Massage helps to flatten the incision and reduce mondors cord. Speak with your surgeon regarding treatments specific to your concerns. Best,

At 2 weeks it is still very early in the healing process and your scars will flatten, fade and change. As the swelling goes down and the implants soften and drop, the shape of the breast will also change. It usually takes 3 months to get to your result. Be sure to keep any scheduled follow up appointments you have will your surgeon for his evaluation and advice. Good luck! Dean Vistnes.
From your photo you are a great candidate for breast augmentation. As for sizes you should seek an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to try on sizers and take measurements of your chest to determine the right implant for your frame. Best of luck.
Thank you for your question. In general, unless you're high-risk patient, you do not need to stop birth-control prior to plastic surgery. It's best to discuss this with your board-certified plastic surgeon.
This is very dependent on multiple factors: the location of your incision (under the breast vs under the vs in the arm pit), the size/style of your implants, how you have recovered/healed up to this point, etc. If you have a healing incision where the trainer will put pressure...
