I have low white blood cells and low platelet counts. Is it safe to have mommy makeover.

I sometimes have low white blood cell counts due to my hereditary and decent .My WBC runs sometimes anywhere from 2.9 to normal 4.0. Neutrophils from 1.0 to 1.9. All my kids under the ages of 13 yrs old have had low WBC counts. I did a bone marrow test due to low platelet counts but everything was normal. I was then diagnosed with ITP. My lowest count has been 104000. Last checked Feb 2016 it was 124000. Am i safe to have surgery. My hematologist says i can have surgery with my counts.
