All of the blood issues that you mentioned can cause problems with surgery and will need clearance from your hematologist or other physician before scheduling the procedure. There would likely be no problem in scheduling a consultation with a plastic surgeon to investigate the procedures you desire, but wait for clearance before moving forward. Good luck to you. 

Itp, low platelets and low wbc can be problematic for surgery. I would recommend clearance from your hematologist.  You should also consider seperate for your surgeries in to two shorter ones rather than one long one

Thank you for your question.  A low white cell and platelet count can certainly be a concern for your surgeon- risk of infection, bleeding, poor wound healing, etc.  But if your hematologist has performed the appropriate studies and has give the go ahead for surgery, you should be ok.  Your plastic surgeon will likely want to discuss with the hematologist directly to see if any precautions such as platelet transfusions need to be available at the time of surgery.  Good luck.
