All my kids under the ages of 13 yrs old have had low WBC counts. I did a bone marrow test due to low platelet counts but everything was normal. I was then diagnosed with ITP. My lowest count has been 104000. Last checked Feb 2016 it was 124000. Am i safe to have surgery. My hematologist says i can have surgery with my counts.
