I'm very sensitive to everything but I've had Juvederm Ultra Plus all the times that I have gotten filler, in my lips, smile lines, & cheeks and have had no allergic reactions. I would like to try Voluma in my cheeks but Ive seen people on here talking about allergic reactions. Is there any way I can know if I'm allergic to it before I commit to a syringe? Or is it just a gamble

I would expect, after 11 weeks, for the tightness to resolve. If it is bothering you then yes, return to your injector and discuss having some of it dissolved.
I am sorry that you are having such as frustrating experience. Dissolving filler takes time and multiple treatments. Having said that, if you aren't getting the results that you desire, it may be time to see another injector with a lot of experience dissolving filler. It is an art in and of itself.
When you dissolve filler, your face should go back to how it was before your injections. Given your less than stellar results with your current injector, I would suggest that you see someone else to have your Voluma dissolved. Preferably someone with a lot of experience dissolving filler.
