Considering shrinkage, 60cc would be about right to start with to go to a full B, Assuming I have enough fat available, my breasts will accept 60cc's what is the estimated cost?
Answer: I would go at least 75 cc's if you want to see a real change in size HI I am Dr. Lane Smith from Las Vegas Nevada. As you would imagine practicing in Las Vegas, I do a lot of breast augmentations. 50 cc is slightly less than two ounces of fluid or about 3 tablespoons. Usually that amount of increase is barely noticeable. When patients come to me for a bigger size, the smallest change I recommend where they can actually see a difference is about 75 cc's. I would recommend you go at least that if you are thinking of changing your size. I hope this is helpful, Lane Smith, Board certified plastic surgeon

Answer: Increase Increasing by only 50ccs will only minimally increase your size. You may not even notice the change. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified, Double Fellowship-Trained Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Implant size Dear Michaell,Determining the ideal breast size and matching that goal for the patient is the most difficult part of breast augmentation. It starts and ends with the patient. We have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements. Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If its too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match. Of all of my breast augmentation patients, everyone of them have been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Answer: You will need more than that The results of fat grafting depends on the amount of fat available to be harvested and breast volume to be grafted. Please see the link

Answer: Increase in Cup Size The rule of thumb is that for every 150 - 200 cc you increase by 1 cup size. This varies depending on your tissue dynamics and size. Also about 70% of the fat will stay by about 6 months post op and that is pretty much there forever. So considering all these variables you can see why it is best to have an in person consultation rather than calculating how much fat you need. Sometimes 3D reconstruction during consultation can help.
