I had fat transfer from my back (love handles) and stomach, to my chest. I’ve worn a compression garment all around my waist (from low chest to my hips), where the fat was taken from. What does the compression garment do and what are the benefits of continuing using it (as recommended by my surgeon)? Is it better to have It very tight or could this lead to complications? I’m just very curious on what this compression garment does.
