After the completion of your immediate postop healing (6-8 weeks postop) moderate amount of caffeine could be consumed in the context of a healthy lifestyle and nutrition. A thorough consultation with a surgeon will help you understand your options better and also discuss all your concerns and you aesthetic goals for your individual case.
After your surgery you'll have enough irritations going on - some discomfort, your garments, restricted sleeping positions and so on. Don't let caffeine withdrawal be an unnecessary extra one! There is no evidence that caffeine has any effect - positive or negative - on fat graft take, and as such I do not advise patients to abstain from caffeine after their procedure. Feel free to continue enjoying your morning coffee!
