I had a fat transfer to my breasts 4 days ago. I previously had breast implants for tuberous breasts and the implants were removed 5 years ago. In the fat transfer procedure, the surgeon released scar tissue. My breasts feel very heavy, have dull pain with occasional stinging pain, are deeply bruised but feel very, very firm, almost like I have implants again. Is something wrong, like a hematoma? Is it possible my breast tissue has been damaged during the fat transfer?
