What is the ideal amount of CC's in buttocks for a natural looking BBL? (Photos)

Question

I'm getting a BBL and I really want a very natural butt. Im more into shape/contour rather than volume. I'm aiming for the the slim yet curvy and shapely coca cola bottle look with inverted heart shape that has the cuff under the cheek. Im aware there will be swelling and it will go down after so many months therefore what would be the ideal amount of CC's that I should request to get this slim yet not too big of a butt but Curvy body? The pictures below is what I'm referring to.

An exam would be needed to answer your question specifically; however, the amount removed and transferred will be dependent on the surgeon.  Some surgeons are much more conservative than others. You could go from 1200 cc to 1800 cc (2000 cc is about max) per buttock range, depending upon your goals.  I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure. Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

It's a great question, and the amount varies for every patient. The amount of cc's required depends on your goals and your current anatomy. Visit a plastic surgeon who is experienced with BBL surgery. They will want to hear your goals, will examine you to determine how much extra fat you have, and will then determine if you have enough fat to transfer to your buttocks to reach your goals. A "natural" look requires less fat than a dramatic size increase.

Not speaking specifically to the pictures above, anywhere from 800cc to 1500cc can be injected, but each patient is different. And also, up to 50% of the fat transferred to the buttocks does not survive. It would be best for you to be examined in person by a plastic surgeon to help discuss what is possible to help you achieve your desired look.

To determine the look you may end up with, you need to be seen and examined and your anatomy evaluated. It is not necessary the number of CC's but the overall shaping that matters. Also, to achieve the look you want you may need to have the procedure done more than once. Then you have to consider what you will look like after 20 years when the skin and the fat starts sagging.

The volume of fat transfer would be determined during surgery.  The optimal volume is used to create the desired shape.  Fat transfer is used to reshape the buttock, not to augment it.
