BBL 5 months ago and I've noticed a bubble which is filled with liquid or air in right butt cheek? (Photo)

Question

On my right butt cheeck there is what feels like a bubble of liquid and it looks like it's caused a little cellulite, should I be worried? Will this go away on it on. I received surgery in DR I live way too far to go back. Please help? I only notice when I lean to the side and press it. Will this pop inside me if I put too much pressure on it?  Will this go away on its own?

This  is the main reason we tell patients not to travel far away for surgery. Follow up is so important. It is impossible to know exactly what this is without an exam. Possibilities include seroma, hematoma, abscess etc. It is best for you to be seen by a PS. Here is Houston the average price charged to see a follow up patient from a PS  (out of the country) is ~$350 then there will be an additional charge for any intervention.
