I haven't had much luck as they all seem as though there isn't much they can do to fix the bottom part of my butt to achieve a heart shape or even something near that... I also am trying to find a Dr that can do a bbl at a reasonable cost... I was quoted 20k!!! I nearly fainted... I also want to do a tummy tuck. Please help. Opinions?

Answer: Am I a candidate for #BBL surgery? A BBL may be appropriate for you to contour your flanks, waist, lower back and buttocks. How much volume and projection is added to the buttocks depends on how much fat is available for liposuction. Even if only a modest amount of fat can be retrieved and transferred, the contouring improvement in the waist and abdomen is often so appreciable that it changes the shape of the transition to the buttocks. Where you have the fat injected depends in part on which parts of the buttock you want to enhance. Implants are also an option, though I personally do not perform them due to concerns about hardness, pain, infection and other issues. Go on some more consultations; you will certainly find quotes well below the number you cited!
