Thank you for your question and photo. From this limited view photo, it seems you do have good elastic skin. To get an hourglass figure, you will need VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees with sculpting of the abdominal muscles (like in your "want" photo). This is a specialized technique not done by most surgeons. As a Total Definer surgeon, I trained with Dr. Alfredo Hoyos of Colombia, the inventor of this advanced body sculpting technique. The harvested fat can be transplanted into the buttocks/hips for shaping and enhancement.See a board certified plastic surgeon with the Total Definer credentials for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
A virtual or in-office consultation would provide a better way to evaluate you for the procedure. Seek a PS with ELITE credentials (certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, experience, training, education) who performs hundreds of BBLs each year. Liposuctioning a thinner patient is more demanding as everything has to be done precisely to avoid irregularity and acquire a large amount of fat for transfer. Even in a 5'4" 125 lb female (optimal weight), I can usually liposuction 5 liters and transfer 1200 cc per buttock while improving contours. Thanks for your question.Performing some liposuction to your flanks, we can change the shape to give you a better waistline. And if fat is added to the hips, we can create an hourglass shape. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.Take care,Moises Salama M.D., Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Hello justiney81,It’s a pleasure to answer your questions! You seem to be a good candidate for abs, back and flanks VASER Liposuction, based on your picture and description. 4D High-Definition VASER liposuction is the best surgical cosmetic option if you are healthy and seeking a fast, minimally invasive way to lose stubborn fat deposits. With VASER liposuction you can get rid of excess fat in certain body areas resistant to diet and exercise, while tightening your skin and getting a beautifully contoured body. Consult with an experienced plastic surgeon about your specific needs and cosmetic goals. Best regards! Dr. De La Cruz.
Hello and thank you for your question!Based on your photos you seem like a great candidate of a Brazilian Butt Lift. With liposuction and fat transfer to the hips and buttock you will be able to achieve that hourglass shape you desire. Be sure to set up an in person consultation with a surgeon who specializes in this procedure.Good luck!
Thank you for your question. You appear to be a good candidate for a brazilian butt lift procedure. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior. Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person. The amount of fat transferred depends on the quantity available and the extent of buttock augmentation each patient desires. Sufficient body fat for a buttock augmentation is very patient-specific, depending on an individual’s body shape and proportions as well as their expectations. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
Dear justiney81,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hi and thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for liposuction of your abdomen and flanks and it will give you the hourglass shape you are looking for. Doing a BBL and taking the fat that is harvested and adding it to your buttocks would provide even more definition and curves like your “want” photo. I personally use the SAFElipo technique to remove that fat and EVL (expansion vibration lipofilling) for the fat grafting which I think gives the best possible result without irregularities. Make sure to choose a Board Certified plastic surgeon and evaluate their before and after’s thoroughly before making a decision to proceed. Good luck on your journey! Based on your photos, you seem to be a great candidate for a BBL and liposuction procedure which also involves contouring of the waistline. It is best for you to schedule an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon to determine for sure whether or not you are a candidate. During the consultation, I explain to my patients that reshaping is really where the art of the procedure lies in that the surgeon takes into account what the patient is starting with and the goal that the patient is striving for. Once the desired look has been determined, delivering that result should really be the goal of every plastic surgeon. The detail and finesse of what this procedure needs relates to its customization for every patient based on the exact results they seek.I hope that answers your question on the procedure. It's great you're doing your research. I always say that the best patients are informed patients. Thanks for reading and best of luck on your journey!
Hi thank you for your question and for the pictures you provided. You're a great candidate for liposuction. With patients with your body type it's best to consider liposuction both upper and lower abdominal and your waist. By doing so it will enhance your curves and help give you a more defined and hourglass waist line with a flatter tummy. Its best that you consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to go over the different options and outcomes. Best of luck!
Hello Nazohan, Congratulations on your recent Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery! Most of my patients return to work and their everyday routine about 7-10 days after their BBL procedure. Some light walking might be advised starting the first night after surgery to prevent blood clots in your...
Brazilian Butt Lift recovery time is dependent on how the patient’s body reacts to the procedure. Patients usually return to work after a week but you should not sit without the use of cushions for at least two weeks and you must wear a compression garment for several weeks after the procedure. ...
Having Fibromyalgia poses some difficulties both for the surgeon and for you. You should have a proper assessment about the existence of lipomas and the problems specific to you. This shouldn't be treated as a standard BBL.
