To get an hourglass figure, you will need VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees with sculpting of the abdominal muscles (like in your "want" photo). This is a specialized technique not done by most surgeons. Seek a PS with ELITE credentials (certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, experience, training, education) who performs hundreds of BBLs each year.  Liposuctioning a thinner patient is more demanding as everything has to be done precisely to avoid irregularity and acquire a large amount of fat for transfer.   Even in a 5'4" 125 lb female (optimal weight), I can usually liposuction 5 liters and transfer 1200 cc per buttock while improving contours.

Hi and thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for liposuction of your abdomen and flanks and it will give you the hourglass shape you are looking for. Doing a BBL and taking the fat that is harvested and adding it to your buttocks would provide even more definition and curves like your “want” photo. I personally use the SAFElipo technique to remove that fat and EVL (expansion vibration lipofilling) for the fat grafting which I think gives the best possible result without irregularities. Make sure to choose a Board Certified plastic surgeon and evaluate their before and after’s thoroughly before making a decision to proceed.

Based on your photos, you seem to be a great candidate for a BBL and liposuction procedure which also involves contouring of the waistline. It is best for you to schedule an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon to determine for sure whether or not you are a candidate. During the consultation, I explain to my patients that reshaping is really where the art of the procedure lies in that the surgeon takes into account what the patient is starting with and the goal that the patient is striving for. Once the desired look has been determined, delivering that result should really be the goal of every plastic surgeon. With patients with your body type it's best to consider liposuction both upper and lower abdominal and your waist. By doing so it will enhance your curves and help give you a more defined and hourglass waist line with a flatter tummy.
