I am wanting lipo of back roll, flanks, tailbone fat, and possible bbl to create a round butt. Do you think I would be a good candidate for a beautiful result?

Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Hi, thanks for your question and for your photos.
Based on your photos you can do a full back lipo to use fat and make a BBL, but you have to assess your abdomen to see if a liposuction is enough or if you have a lot of excess skin and you need a tummy tuck as well.
My advice is that you visit a certified plastic surgeon to evaluate you and give you their opinion about what you need so that you have optimal results.
