I’ve always had heavy drooping on the sides of my mouth. I was told only thing that would fix it would be a lifting of the cheeks. I had some filler put in my cheeks to attempt it but I didn’t see any results. But when I pull my skin up near my ears it’s exactly how I wish I could look. I hate the way my lower face is saggy, but I feel like I’m too young for a lower face lift. Is there anything else that could fix this? I wouldn’t mind the procedure I just don’t think a doctor would want to do it.

Answer: Mid Facelift at 25 Thank you for your question. You are too young for for a Surgical mid facelift. You do have some volume loss and may benefit from fillers ad perhaps a NonSurgical skin tightening procedure like ThermiTight. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic Surgeon who can examine you, discuss all your options and help you with all your concerns. All the best!

Answer: How to lift corner of the mouth Simplest way to correct this problem is with filler; it will fill up the groove and visually lift the corner of the mouth. Permanent correction can be achieved with "smile surgery" which will lift the corner of the mouth and eliminate the groove leaving a small scar along the corner of the mouth and upper lip (practically invisible). This is very particular procedure and you may need to make an effort to find board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this procedure. Good luck.
