I noticed my side profile looked weird compared to everyone else’s and celebrities I saw online. Maybe I’m just being too self conscious, but it always looked off to me. It looks like I might be lacking projection in my mid-face area, but it’s only noticeable from the side profile. You can’t tell from the front I’m not sure what procedures out there could fix this. Thoughts?

From the one very limited photograph, it appears  there is a flat maxilla and a flat mid face.  Fillers performed in the office setting accomplish a temporary augmentation.   Cheek implants offer a permanent midface augmentation and are placed under brief general anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure.  The implants themselves are manufactured in a large array of thicknesses, sizes, and shapes which best determined at the time of the consultation and examination.

While your midface may be somewhat flatter, it its magnified by your bimaxillary protrusion. (upper and lower jaw protrusion) The key question is what would look better....correction of the lower facial protrusion (jaw setback) or midface augmentation. This would require computer imaging to show this facial profile differences.
