Amazing experience from start to finish. Dr Nijher completely made me feel at ease from my initial consultation, day of surgery and all my post op appointments. Both him and the supporting staff have beyond caring bedside manor and truly care about their patients. I was a nervous wreck, as this was my first major surgery -- and they continued to be patient with all of my questions, stresses etc. I had over 6 consultations, and immediately knew after my consultation that Dr. Nijher would be my trusted surgeon. He is very knowledgeable, does not Try to "sell" you more than needed, an instantly puts you at ease. Compared to the other surgeons I met with throughout greater Orlando area, I felt Dr. Nijher gave me the most honest and practical options. Post op--the staff was so supportive and if you have any concerns, they are VeRY quick to assist you. I cannot recommend him enough and will continue to go to him for any needs in the future!!

I don’t know where to begin. I’ve been going to Dr.Nijher since 2019. Him and his nursing assistant Arlene(she is the best)made me feel like I was home sitting on the couch talking. I’m in tears writing this review . I’m a very realistic person I have 4 kids so I did some damage . I have stretch marks and all . Dr. Nijher did not try to sell me dreams he told me truthful answers. I love my body so much . If you guys are in the area I don’t care what it is tummy tuck , lipo , breast reduction or augmentation the Dr. Nijher is your guy. Please don’t hesitate they will make you feel at home .

I had an excellent experience with Dr Nijher. I am very pleased with the results of a brachioplasty. The morning of the procedure was seamless. The office staff, nurses, and the Dr were comforting and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Nijher.

Other medical facilities should be taking notes from Ocala Plastic Surgery. Dr. Nijher has the best bedside manner and has a way of making you feel extremely comfortable and to ask questions. Pre-op and post op care.

On the day of surgery the pre-op nurse, OR/post op nurse and CRNA made me feel very comfortable and eased my nerves.

Many people think you need to travel to a bigger city such as Tampa or Orlando to find a good plastic surgeon. They would be wrong as Ocala Plastic Surgery is located right in Marion county with another location in the Villages. You won’t find a better surgeon or more compassionate staff then at Ocala Plastic Surgery.

He was a great dr. with my breast reduction. I had a infection at first after the surgery spend a couple day in hospital. He was great. I would go to him again for anything thing that i need done with what he does. The staff was great also.

Dr Nijher is a really kind doctor, he made me feel completely comfortable with my decision to remove my implants . Never tried to talk me into having any other procedures done. I had my implants for almost 20 years and was just over the large breast I feel they were making me look heavier than what I was. They were 275 saline textured breast implants.
After the removal it was not a pretty sight but, you skin will shrink over time . I’m happy with the way I look now . Thank you Dr Nijher !

I put a great deal of thought and research into getting a lower face lift. After my first consultation with Dr. Nijher, I knew I hit the jackpot.
