I am a 40 yr old female with a "turkey neck" that I want to get rid of. I am not interested in multiple procedures (shots, etc) but really do not want general anesthesia. I am not overweight (size 6) and do not smoke, drink, or take drugs. I previously listed this question, but was asked to add front facing pictures.

Answer: How to get rid of turkey neck A neck lift with the addition of conservative chin enhancement will provide you with the best improvement and most longevity. We perform these procedures routinely under sedative anesthesia; other plastic surgeons use general anesthesia - mainly a matter of surgeon's preference.

Answer: How to treat a hanging neck There are some great options for this. Some people choose to have liposuction followed by a skin tightening procedure. Other options include a surgical neck lift, which has the most dramatic results. However, the downside is that you have more downtime. James Bonaparte, MD, MSc, FRCSC
