Horrible headaches after rhinoplasty. Will that stop after I get the cast removed?

I had a rhynoplasty 5 days ago I am getting the cast removed tomorrow but the bridge of my nose has had pains for the past 4 days it feels like pressure and that causes bad headaches. Will that stop after I get the cast removed

After a rhinoplasty how long until I will be able to breath out of nose?

Typically most patients can breathe pretty well 7 days after nose surgery, once they have been cleaned out in the office. Full breathing result is usually seen at 1-3 months

The choice is yours as which bothers you the most. I think the rhinoplasty will give you the most change but of course I am a rhinoplasty surgeon.  Select a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who produces natural noses for the best result.
