I had a rhynoplasty 5 days ago I am getting the cast removed tomorrow but the bridge of my nose has had pains for the past 4 days it feels like pressure and that causes bad headaches. Will that stop after I get the cast removed

I agree with the others that your chin and jaw structure is aesthetically ideal. I do believe that changes to your nose would create a better balance between your nose and existing facial structures.
You may feel stuffy for 4 to 6 weeks. This will depend on what was done in your procedure. You will have swelling on the inside as well as the outside. Follow up with your surgeon so he can monitor your progress.
