Bump on nose 2 year post op rhinoplasty. How can I fix this? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty 2 years ago to remove a hump and reduce my tip. 1 1/2 years into the healing process I developed what seem to be scar tissue(?) around my bridge, which didn't bother me too much as it wasn't too noticeable. A few days ago my nose swelled and become red/slight painful around that area. The redness has subsided but now there seems to be a bump formed on the right side of my bridge. I have thick skin and am pretty prone to swelling. What could be the cause and how can I fix this

Hello! At 5 months post-revision, there's still time for swelling to improve. Waiting at least 12 months before determining the need for additional surgery is a good idea. Taping and steroid injections in the meantime are often useful for swelling. An alarplasty may be able to adjust the nostril...
