Is this bulge normal 5 months after TT and abdominal muscle repair? I also have tight breathing

5 months post op and this bulgeI'm having the same tightness to breath as after surgery I'm so frustrated What is wrong? I go to pt for muscle core therapy And it’s not helpingI feel as my stomach sticks out more then before

Thank you for your question! For my patients, I recommend they wear the surgical garments we provide for the first 3 weeks, 24/7, then an additional 3 weeks at night only. After the 6 weeks, there are no garment restrictions. Any type of spanx is ok to wear at that point. I hope this helps!
