Is this bulge normal 5 months after TT and abdominal muscle repair? I also have tight breathing

Preoperative pictures may help to evaluate your concerns.Judging just by your photos the repair seems intact butfeeling shortness of breath should be evaluated by yourdoctor. Occasionally repairing the abdominal muscles couldrestrict deep breaths and the abdominal muscles may stretchto facilitate breathing.  Discuss your concerns with your doctor.Best wishes.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having these issues.  Your best resource is your plastic surgeon.  He/She is most familiar with the details of your surgery and how you've been progressing through recovery.  If muscle repair was performed as part of your tummy tuck the issue may be visceral fat.
