It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can be asymmetrical, and last 1-2 weeks after cheek injections. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

You are 100% correct in assessing that its too early to tell.  I usually tell patients to let things settle for a week or two before coming in for tweaks if needed.  Its also important knowing where you started - as people often have a degree of midface asymmetry at baseline (that being said, this is often accounted for and corrected).  Hang in there...give it some time and after a few days contact your injector if you still have concerns.

Swelling can be typical and can be asymmetrical. Icing and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

You need to wait a full 2 weeks for the swelling to reduce in order to assess whether your cheeks are symmetrical or not. You likely need to wait until it settles in to make a judgement.  What was the material injected? Lyft? Voluma? Radiesse? Sculptra?

It's better to wait 2 weeks after a filler injection to decide to add anymore filler. The right side come be more swollen or needed more correction. Follow up with your injector when everything settles.

I would wait two weeks and then if you still feel there is a significant asymmetry I would recommend following up with your injector.
