2 mths po Restylane, under eye swelling with spreading web like lumps on undereye bones, should I continue antibiotics? (Photo)

Has Restylane,after 2 months left undereye swelling started,increased everyday,after5 days swelling in right eye startd,I start antibiotics after 10 days all swelling gone but left with spreaded lump(like web) on undereye bones.what is it a foreign body granuloma reaction?biofilm?filler lumps? Spreaded lumps r not bothering coz they r not prominent but scared if it happens again& lumps gets bigger.if it’s biofilm should I continue antibiotics so it won’t happen again &fully cured
