Long story short, had rhinoplasty/septoplasty/turbinoplasty in February 2020. October 2020 had a revision (performed by the same surgeon) due to left nostril having collapsed after the first operation. It is now May 2022 and I’ve had three staph infections in my nose, constant pain on the right side of the bridge where there is a hard lump under the surface, constant swelling (despite 3 courses of steroid injections) and a dent has appeared at the tip that gets deeper every month. Revision?

If your droopy nasal tip appearance is bothering you, the best way to address this may be with revision rhinoplasty. In our experience, fillers do not lead to tip lifting.
