Hi experts and docs, I had gyno surgery a week ago, gland removal and lipo on the right pec and lipo only on the left, but I notice an indentation on my right pec. Is this a serious procedural problem or is it just some normal post op irregularity that will go away on it's own? Thanks

I am so sorry that you've had such a bad experience. Based on your photos, you look as if you would benefit from having some of the extra skin removed. Possibly fat grafting to improve the look and shape. My best advice would be for you to schedule a consultation with another board certified...
No. It is not common to need revision surgery following gynecomastia. But having said that, there is always the exception. The best way to avoid being an exception is to see a really qualified and experienced surgeon such as a board certified plastic surgeon with a lot of gynecomastia experience...
Schedule an appointment to see your surgeon to have him examine you in person. If you need need a revision, it is generally smart to wait until at least 6 months most op. Best of luck.
