Is a nipple correction necessary for tuberous breast?

So I have been diagnosed with tuberous breast (type 2 ). And I was wondering if a nipple correction is necessary I have fairly small nipples except for the fact they tend to puff up from time to time like tuberous breast do.. Will breast implants make them less puffy as they lower and settle?

Your breasts are not tubular. You may benefit from breast augmentation to improve the shape and volume. If you want to move the nipple-areola complex more medial and decrease the separation from the breasts then you will need a circumareola lift. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

I would recommend performing an augmentation-mastopexy (implant + lift). Surgery pricing is quite variable depending on the region, surgeon, and practice. Regardless of where, you need to find a plastic surgeon with actual training in plastic surgery, ideally one with aesthetic fellowship training.

Tuberous breasts are characterized by a constriction of tissue around the nipples and an undefined breast fold. You don’t appear to display these traits.
