Thanks for your question. It does appear you have a great result from your liposuction. Massaging the bumps will help to lessen them. If that doesn't work, then a touch up liposuction procedure should do the trick. It is usually best to wait about a year for a touch up.

Overall I must say you have a great post-op result. You can try some non surgical modalities like cool sculpting or sculpsure to try and and even out that one spot but those modalities will only really work if there is some excess fat tissue under the skin. If it's just some skin laxity you may want to try something a RF and microneedling treatment that may help to tighten up that skin. The last option is a little touch up lipo and for that small area it can probably be done awake

The human body is a symmetrical. It’s a little hard to appreciate where the area of concern is based on your pictures. It would be helpful if you included the proper before and after pictures. Asymmetry can often be seen in before pictures. Patients often do not analyzed your body critically before having cosmetic surgery but they tend to after.
Judge liposuction results based on the thickness of subcutaneous fat. That is best done by putting the skin under gentle tension by lifting up with one hand above the area you’re examining then take the finger tip of one finger and gently push against the skin until you feel the underlying muscle wall. do this while keeping the skin under gentle tension to get an accurate assessment on the thickness of your subcutaneous fat layer. if the fat layer is uneven then the procedure was not done evenly.
Underlying skeletal asymmetry can cause the skin to drape the body in certain ways causing areas to look different than what people had anticipated. Sometimes it’s a direct reflection of how the procedure was done other times it’s simply a combination of mild skin laxity, gravity and the shape of the body.
Individuals with more skin laxity having contour issues related to the skin then those who are young with lots of skin elasticity.
Even mild skin laxity from middle age can have an impact on what liposuction results look like.
There is no good alternative to remove fat or even out someone’s fat distribution except revision liposuction. I do all liposuction with patients awake using local anesthesia with or without mild sedation.
Revision surgery can pretty easily be done in an office-based setting if the surgeon feels comfortable and has experience doing liposuction on patients who are awake.
Surgeons who rely on general anesthesia may not be comfortable doing certain revisions using only local anesthesia.
The recovery from minor revisions cans to be far easier than having liposuction of your torso. for us doing a revision is it pretty minor to do with the exception of patients needing to take some time for the procedure and being a little sore after.
There are no non-surgical options that are going to work well.
Don’t consider cool sculpting or fat dissolving injections. They are unlikely to make things better.
Either except the results the way they are or talk to your surgeon about doing a revision.
To get a proper a second opinion consultation scheduled those as in person consultations for the other board-certified plastic surgeons in your community bringing with you proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures you should ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photo, I note that you appear to demonstrate relative fullness of the right flank. Healing after liposuction takes a long time as the procedure itself is quite traumatic. Although the majority of the swelling has subsided, it may take 12-18 months to totally abate. Options at this time include further watchful waiting or consideration of off label use of kybella, a fat dissolving injectable solution, which may offer some improvement.There is also the possibility that this represents anatomic asymmetry, in which case there won't be improvement.Discuss this issue with your surgeon.Best wishes...
