I was told that I have visceral fat behind my stomach and in order to get rid of it, I must lose weight and lost about 20 pounds (150 lbs). My stomach is still profuding and was wondering if liposuction and/or a tummy tuck will he be worth it?

The difference between a tummy tuck and liposuction is, Lipo removes the pinchable fat and you do get some skin tightening which will also help reduce some inches.
