You have grade III ptosis. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You have grade 2 ptosis. This can be corrected with a breast lift. If you want added volume, implants can be placed as well.
Hello @Practical505453 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. With the amount of volume in your breasts, you can achieve excellent results with a breast lift with minimal scarring in order to reposition all the breast structures and achieve better shape. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
Hi Practical505453,Your photo from the side shows that your nipple sits below the fold where the breast meets the chest wall, and that the bulk of your breast tissue does, as well.A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon could help to better define your goals, specifically for both size and shape. If you are happy with size, a breast lift could internally rearrange your breast tissue to move it vertically on the chest wall, while concurrently moving your nipples up and removing excess skin.Hope this helps!Best,Christopher Pannucci MDBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonPlastic Surgery NorthwestSpokane, Washington
Your nipples are a bit below your breast fold so you are 3rd degree ptosis but barely a 3rd degree. I think you would get a beautiful result with a vertical [lollipop] lift. You could have implants placed at the same time if you want more volume. Lift only if you do not. Good luck.
Dear Practical505453,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
From your photos you appear to be a great candidate for a breast lift. This will remove excess skin and raise the position of the nipple. If you are wanting more volume you can also consider a small implant. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
Although you are not standing straight, you have at least grade 3 ptosis. You need a lift with the vertical incision. If you want more fullness, implants can be added. If you are happy with your size, just have the lift.
Hi, your photos show Regnault grade 2 ptosis. You are not sitting or standing truly upright, so doing that will improve their appearance slightly.Improving this with surgery would probably need a mastopexy or breast lift with which improve the shape and nipple position but will leave scars. This is a common complaint women have after having children and the breast volume can change as well after this. Some woman opt to have implants with mastopexy to increase volume.
Thank you for your question and photos.Your breasts look like Grade II according to Regnault Classification. A breast-lift without any volume reduction will provide a lifted and younger appearance.
If you are happy with your size, then just do a lift on the sagging breast. Otherwise, you could add implants with the lift to the one breast.
The lift does raise the nipple and the breast, but some breast tissue may always touch the chest. the actual base of the breast cannot be raised.
You actually have both sagging and bottoming out from the weight of your very heavy implants. To correct this, you would need to go much smaller.
