I had a breast augmentation 11 year ago. 640 Cc silicone. Now my breasts are sitting low on my chest. My breast crease is way lower than it used to be. Would a breast lift fix this, or are my implants bottomed out maybe?
Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method Your breasts are much too low on the chest wall. The weight of 640 cc implants is approximately 1 1/2 lbs and your breasts have descended. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breasts You actually have both sagging and bottoming out from the weight of your very heavy implants. To correct this, you would need to go much smaller.

Answer: Would a breast lift fix my low sitting breasts or are my implants bottomed out? Hello @Tough133620 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. It is important to understand that the ideal is to change the prosthesis at least every 10 years to avoid capsule problems. That said, if you want to improve the shape, the ideal would be a breast pexy with minimal scarring. this would improve the overall proportion of the breast. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS

Answer: Breast implants Hi, thank you for sharing your question. It seems that your implants may have bottomed out. An internal reinforcement with Galaflex mesh and a possible lift will help.

Answer: Lift or No Lift. Thank you for the question. Without an in person consultation, it is difficult to say whether you are a lift candidate or not. From the photos provided, it does appear that your implants are in appropriate position. You do have a taller chest shape, thus you won't get some of the upper pole fullness that other women get with implants. I would advise a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to go over options. Good Luck with your consultations.
