Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Your breast asymmetry can be corrected with a breast lift for your “droopy breast”. If there is volume asymmetry as well, then fat grafting or implants can be used in addition.
Hello @sadboob12 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. Is important to take into account your expectations when carring out your surgical plan. I suggest a breast pexy associated with lipo transfer to correct the volume difference. The surgical technique is defined from the remodeling of the areola in the right breast and the correction of sagging skin. Once the surgical plan is defined, the technique for the remodeling of the left breast would be determined. For more information and recommendations it is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Dear sadboob12,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from different size implants. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
If you are happy with your size, then just do a lift on the sagging breast. Otherwise, you could add implants with the lift to the one breast.
Hi dear , you are a candidate for a breast lift with augmentation, the size of the implants will be defined according to the proportion of your body and your tastes. If you're willing to travel, Surgeons in the Dominican Republic have experience and very high standard of excellence when it comes to plastic surgery.
I would recommend unilateral full breast lift with N/A reduction. Fee $4,500 ranges. Best to in person or virtual consult with boarded PSs.
A unilateral periareolar (around the nipple) mastopexy would lift your one breast, round it out, and reduce the size of the larger areola
The lift does raise the nipple and the breast, but some breast tissue may always touch the chest. the actual base of the breast cannot be raised.
You actually have both sagging and bottoming out from the weight of your very heavy implants. To correct this, you would need to go much smaller.
You are an excellent candidate for a circum areolar mastopexy ,possibly combined with an internal absorbable mesh bra.
