I am going to under go a revision surgery as I am having a waterfall deformity as well as my implants are much to high and nearly reach my collarbone. Currently they are fully under the muscles but I want a dual plane placement instead. Is this even possible considering the muscle is already detached? Will I have to have them removed and replaced after the healing process?

Double bubble is a very challenging problem to fix. You need either smaller implants, soft tissue support, or both. Regardless, these are all my own opinions based on the photos provided. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon who has great training and experience in aesthetic breast surgery.
