Breast implant revision to correct waterfall deformity - Can my implants be moved to dual plane or will I need to heal first?

I am going to under go a revision surgery as I am having a waterfall deformity as well as my implants are much to high and nearly reach my collarbone. Currently they are fully under the muscles but I want a dual plane placement instead. Is this even possible considering the muscle is already detached? Will I have to have them removed and replaced after the healing process?
