Double bubble after revision - is this fixable? (photos)

Double bubble is a very challenging problem to fix. You need either smaller implants, soft tissue support, or both. Regardless, these are all my own opinions based on the photos provided. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon who has great training and experience in aesthetic breast surgery.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You can have the pocket tightened again and add an internal bra with mesh for more support. Going with something smaller will also be less heavy and less likely to stretch your tissue. When you take nude photos for surgeons to examine, please move your pretty hair off your chest.
