I lost 30 lbs and wanted an augmentation to fill in my breasts again. First surgery was July 19th, 400 CC ideal implants under the muscle. I noticed a double bubble within 2 weeks. My surgeon did a revision (Raise Bilateral IMF) Sept 27th. I was told to wear 2 bras for 3 months to keep the weight off the scar tissue, which I did religiously. However, I'm noticing a double bubble again. I think it's better then last time but still noticeable. Is this a me issue? Is this fixable? Please help

Sometimes higher profile, higher volume implants are needed to fill loss of volume in the upper portion of the breast. If you have implants, but don't feel full enough in the upper portion of the breast, considering a higher projection implant might help.

The portion that is thick and tight may be removed. The portion of the capsule that is very thin may be left in place for safety to the surrounding tissue, especially in those with saline implants.
