I did have 2 breast surgery in my younger days(250ml, then 520ml). No one back then, asked me how I wanted it. Placements or shap. I have got them over the muscle bouth times. Think they would have been nicer under? Can I take them out for a while and put them in under? My doctor in Norway says we can’t go under muscle and that the best for me is B-lite if up in size. I don’t like the space between them, and when I lie, one is to the side. Uncomfortable. What you think of all?

Double bubble is a very challenging problem to fix. You need either smaller implants, soft tissue support, or both. Regardless, these are all my own opinions based on the photos provided. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon who has great training and experience in aesthetic breast surgery.
