Can my breast implants be moved from over the muscle to under? 2 implant procedures done in the past, dislike spacing (photos)

Your implants could be placed under the muscle but then they would be too high. Then you would need a lift as well. Your breasts and implants sit too low as they are.

Your doctor is correct. Your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest and now even sit lower because of the weight of the implants. If the implants are to be placed under the muscle, you will need a lift. However, the bases of your breasts cannot be moved, so your overall breasts will still sit somewhat low. If you go under the muscle, you will need to go with smaller implants. Your lateral pockets can be tightened to minimize the implants shifting to the sides when you lay down flat. Don't go with anything larger or you will just have more sagging and stretching.
