I need some guidance as I am feeling so discouraged. I have this bulge right above my pubic area. I have had a CT scan and they said there is no seroma. I had my skin only tummy tuck 18 months ago and it just never really went away. I never had this pre op and I didn’t see it right after surgery, it sort of just appeared about 2-3 months after surgery, when I look down toward my feet all I see is this bulge in that area. It is so disheartening because everything else went so well. Pls help.

Answer: Bulge Dear wendywarner, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Results from skin only tummy tuck In order to assess the outcome of a surgical procedure we really need to see proper before and after pictures. From the single picture you’ve posted it looks like your abdominal contour is a direct reflection of your muscle wall. Without more information it’s difficult to make an assessment or recommendation.
