Tummy tuck reversal. Is there any procedure to loosen the muscles or reverse/cut the muscles?

3yrs ago I had a 360 TT. I’d like to have a baby, however from everything I’ve read women are saying how painful pregnancy is after a TT and that they find it difficult to breath as baby is pushed up instead of out. That concerns me, but I must admit more devastatingly is the lack of a big beautiful baby bump. The pics I’ve seen just look thick, almost fat, without a proper bump. Is there any procedure to loosen the muscles or reverse/cut the muscles in order to get a reg bump/pregnancy?!
