1 year PO tummy tuck/muscle repair. Ultrasound & confirmation Muscle repair has come undone & have some loose skin understandably nothing like before, Is this separation likely to get worse & have more skin? Also have an incision hernia which could have been there before?? What’s the best options? Thanks

Your surgeon will be able to advise you on the expected recovery based on your surgical plan. From what you have described, the recovery should be minimal with some routine care of the incision managed at home. Your surgeon should go over post operative instructions with you.
It is difficult to see exactly what is going on. This issue is due to either excess fat, or abdominal wall weakness (not necessarily a hernia)
