What are the best options for my 1-year post-op tummy tuck muscle repair?

I suggest you have a virtual or in person consultation with a boards certified plastic surgeon to see asses what needs to be done and what are your expectations towards the revision. In an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) the excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen is removed, and strengthens the abdominal muscles, in which there is abdominal lipolysis, abdominal diastasis repair, skin removal with umbilical reconstruction. A recommendation would be based on examination. It’s possible a revision would be of benefit but without an examination to see how loose things are would not give the information I need

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
