I had 300CC R 250CC L under the muscle implants 1 year and 8 months ago. I'm happy with the L, but not the R. The R is saggier and has a lower nipple placement. I'm confused why this happened as my L was larger/saggier and my R smaller/perkier prior to BA. Is there anyway to achieve a higher nipple placement on the R breast? Also, why would this happen? I knew it wouldn't be perfectly even but shouldn't the L be the saggier one since that's how it was prior? Did the R not successfully drop/fluff?
