Uneven breasts 20 months post-op - Opposite of the uneven pattern I had prior to breast augmentation (photo)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thank you for your question and posting an appropriate picture. You may have capsular contracture - low grade and would need an examination. Nipple areolar assymetry can be corrected with pocket and size manipulation as well as an areolar lift. Best of course to have a consultation for examination and options.

The right areola can be lifted under local anesthesia in the office if you want. Just based on the one photo, your left implant does appear to be sitting a little higher. With uneven breasts to begin with, please do not expect perfectly symentrical breasts. The girls are sister, not twins.

We really need the preop photos to compare before we can diagnose what is going on. Right now it seems you may benefit from a mastopexy
