My photos are on a different question. I have an oval face and a 0 jawline. My chin is just round. no profile Can I get a square chin and jawline like this guy?

It is not possible to answer our question accurately with no picture of you and just a goal picture. However some general statements about jawline reshaping can be made.The most dramatic and jaw shape altering technique is a custom wrap around jawline implant which changes the entire jawline shape. Unless you have a pretty good jawline now, separate standard sized chin and jaw angle implants will likely not achieve the kind of result you are showing.

There are different shapes, and size chin implants. Your surgeon will show you samples of these chin implants. Based on the final result you desire, the shape and size, based on measurements, can be chosen with your input.

Hi, chin augmentation with a chin implant can provide a more defined chin giving harmony and balance to the entire lower face.  Dermal filler injections (I prefer Radiesse) to the mandibular angle can enhance and create more of a flare (increased angularity) to the jaw line.  Hope this helps.

Implants come in different sized and shapes.Not all chins are are the same so differences in results are possible. It is not very realistic to expect an exact replica of the chin you show. After consultation, your surgeon should be able to explain what he or she can do with your chin.
