Shampoo to fight inflammation, fungal and ingrown hairs. 3 weeks post FUE.

Question

I am 20 post op fue. I notice I have a few ingrown hairs in my recipient area. Just wondering if there is a shampoo to help with inflammation, fungal, bacteria, dandruff, ingrown hairs and flaky scalp? Was looking at shampoos like Nizoral and pure tea tree oil shampoo. Or maybe there's another shampoo better than those two that I just mentioned. Is there any specific shampoos you would recommend to combat those things I listed above?

Fungal infection is not normal after a hair transplant surgery.  It would be in you interest to contact your doctor for an examination and receive proper treatment as soon as possible.

It is the detergent action of the shampoo that keeps bacteria off of the scalp and the bacterial population off.  Any good shampoo will do this

Ingrown hairs at 3 weeks post op is not normal and is suggestive of poor placement technique. See your doctor for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. By the way, FUE at age 20 is generally inappropriate and pursuing medical therapy for mitigation of hair loss at age 20 is most appropriate.
