If you are prone to getting keloids you may be at risk of having keloid scars on your FUE scar. It is best to consult with your doctor to better understand you risk.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Unlike the chest and shoulders keloids are very uncommon on the scalp and ever rarer with FUE.  It is also a good sign that you did not have them following your ear piercings. That said, your doctor should explain the risks after examining you.
