Usually a chin implant will get most of what you want. In 40 years of practice, I have never seen a jaw implant used, no requests and i never did one. I have done well over 1,000 chin implants with excellent results. There can be anatomic issues with the neck, such as a  low hyoid bone or accumulation of fat in the neck, which can give the look of a poor jaw line. Fat can be removed by liposuction, if needed.

A chin implant of the proper size and shape can easily give the changes in the jawline you are seeking.
