Am I a good candidate for chin implant or sliding genioplasty? (Photo)

Dig bick
My main issues: Non existent jaw line, instead I have 45 degree line sloping downwards Double chin from the front Chin seems to be somewhat retruded. Resting face expression seems to be angry I am very lean, I have 29" waist at 6'3", so it's not a facial fat issue. Good looking men tend to have straight prominent jawlines and their chins are directly bellow bottom lip, sometimes even further that that. This seems consistent. Would chin implant/sliding genioplasty solve my problems?
