Does Radiesse really dissolve within a few months, and is 30% of mineral and 70% carrier gel that dissolves within 12 weeks?

I was eagerly anticipating trying Radiesse over other fillers for jaw angle enhancement since it is longer-lasting than HA fillers and also, there is more volume in a syringe (1.5cc) - win win! Now I read that 70% of Radiesse is the carrier gel and this completely dissolves within 12 weeks, leaving very little correction left. Is this accurate? I was hoping to re-touch no more than annually. Should I opt for voluma for a long-lasting filler to the chin and jawline area? Thank you!
