2 days post nose filler with Radiesse I have redness on my forehead. Is this vascular occlusion or something else? (photo)

I had a Radiesse filler less then 2 days ago. I am on a steroid now for swelling and bruising. The doctor did not inject between the eyebrow. I have bruising and tenderness between the eyebrow and redness on one side of forehead. Really concerned it is vascular occlusion. Any opinions appreciated

The photo that you have provided demonstrates compromise of the supra orbital artery and perhaps the supra trochlear artery on the right side.  If this is two days then the swelling will likely resolve and it is only a partial occlusion.  Massage of the area will help and perhaps topical nitro paste but Radiesse is difficult if not impossible to dissolve.

I don't recommend injection of the nose with Radiesse. This is most likely vascular occlusion and needs immediate attention. Consider sodium thiosulfate for dissolving the Radiesse. Heat and aspirin should be used as well. Some advocate the use of hyaluronidase too, even though it doesn't dissolve the Radiesse.

it is hard to tell anything from the photo but if it is vascular occlusion you should have pain and it should be getting worse at this point. treatment is topical nitroglycerin
