Thank you for your question. Radiesse typically lasts 2 years. A touch up is recommended in usually 1 year if needed for maintenance. I hope this information helps.
Thank you for your question! Radiesse typically lasts about 1-2 years. The rate at which it is absorbed depends on many factors including the location it was placed and the patient's metabolism. In the nose, patients usually come back for a touch up every 6-12 months. The amount of collagen the body creates is no more than the amount of product injected and does not continue to form, so you will periodically need these touch ups. I usually like to start my patients with a reversible Hyaluronic acid product such as Juvederm to see if the patient is happy with the result, and then for the next session move on to a more permanent product such as Radiesse or Bellafill. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and concerns and see what is the best treatment for you!
Radiesse Injections to the face last anywhere from a year to a year and a half. Depending on location of injection and quantity duration may vary a bit. In my experience Radiesse last less than what the manufacturing company claims so I would have touch ups scheduled sooner than a year.
Radiesse is a volumizer that stimulates collagen over time. Its longevity is improved in areas that do not have movement such as the nose. 1 to 2 years duration is common. The contour will gradually decrease without adding new definition.Jeff Rapaport MD FAADRealself All-star
The longevity of Radiesse in the nose can vary among individuals, but generally, it lasts around 12 to 18 months. However, individual results may differ, and factors like metabolism and injection technique can influence the duration. It’s important to consult with your healthcare provider for guidance based on your specific case.
Radiesse® grants immediate and long-lasting results, with the average patient seeing their results last for over a year and sometimes even as much as two years. Because the results aren’t permanent, however, maintenance treatments will be required in order for patients to maintain optimal results. The active calcium-based ingredient in Radiesse® works to stimulate new collagen production to give it longer-lasting results than hyaluronic acid-based fillers like Juvéderm® and Restylane®.Curious about the longevity of Radiesse® vs. Juvéderm®? Radiesse® reviews show that this filler lasts 12-18 months or longer, while Juvéderm® typically lasts six to nine months. You will see immediate results of your Radiesse® filler, but full results of your treatment appear within about a week.
Hello, Radiesse for a Non surgical rhino normally last about 18 months. We advise patients to do a touch up between 12 months to 16 months to keep the aesthetic appearance.
We've had great results with Radiesse and the HA fillers like Versa and Restylane Lyft in the nose. I typically see patients for touch up at 6 months to continue consistent results. However, the product does last about a year and we usually add very little at 6 month intervals and the rest we inject elsewhere in the face. Hope that helps. All the best, Dr. Onir
I have been performing "nose job in the bottle" for at least 23 years since the advent of Restylane. I have been using radiesse also for a very long time and I have found that most of the patients need to have a touch up once every 6 months. There is a small buildup of scar tissue that occurs over time and a touch-ups become smaller and smaller in volume. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City
Hi,Everyone has a different experience with radiesse non-surgical rhinoplasty. If the Radiesse is injected over the periosteum of the nasal bone, theoretically there should be scar or bone formation. However, I have never seen long term results from radiesse injections for nasal augmentation.Best,Dr.S.
Radiesse is a stimulatory filler that is an excellent option for patients who desire a longer-lasting filler alternative to hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. In our office, we use Radiesse to complement structural areas of the face and contour bony prominences. Our office also is a center of...
I don't recommend injection of the nose with Radiesse. This is most likely vascular occlusion and needs immediate attention. Consider sodium thiosulfate for dissolving the Radiesse. Heat and aspirin should be used as well. Some advocate the use of hyaluronidase too, even though it doesn't...
